Driving the heat is a 6 kW electric heater paired with volcanic stones, which can bring the cabin up to temperature relatively quickly. Because it runs on a 6 kW heating unit, you will need to budget for a dedicated 240V electrical installation by a licensed electrician, as standard household outlets will not suffice. Assembly requires basic carpentry skills and a helper, given the weight of the cedar staves and glass components.
