Operating temperatures typically range between 118 and 132 degrees Fahrenheit, maxing out around 140 degrees, which is standard for infrared cabinets.

Electrical requirements are very manageable, needing only a standard 120V/15amp household circuit rather than a dedicated 240V heavy-duty line, though a dedicated outlet is recommended to prevent tripping. The indoor-only unit includes a tempered glass door, built-in Bluetooth audio, and interior chromotherapy lighting. At roughly 250 pounds, it is relatively lightweight for a wooden sauna cabin, though two people will still be needed to manage assembly.
